The staff was kind especially at receptionist, and the location was favourable and strategic. Had comfy bed, coffee/tea making machines, a dining area and a sitting area for our needs. We loved this place, everything was perfect, though the bathroom was smelly. Having a handy kitchenette was an advantage. Could see garden from the window.

There are several attractions in front of apartment, Sarawak Museum is in a 10-minute drive away. We really enjoyed our stay. Easy distance to Kuching airport.

I feel comfortable and it gave me a feel like stay at my own house.

Being a 4-storey apartment, there is no lift, pity the elderlies need to climb the stairs.

Excellent amd recommand for lovebirds, quiet and privacy. The apartment must have tv that has usb. The tv as i released around lare evening the controlled by the apartment. Cos i shown a channel someone was changing my channel. Please look into this. It a pleasure stay at your apartment. Thank you.

We were traveling in a group of 5 ladies and staying in Jinhold Apartment was the best idea then staying in a hotel. This apartment is clean and have everything for comfort. The service staff are helpful and polite. I would recommend anyone who wish to stay there. Restaurants are just a walk away. We rental a car and its not too far from the city.

Close to the airport and the pick up service was very prompt. The rooms were clean, and so were the bathrooms (with the exception of sighting a medium sized centepede on the bathroom floor and a snail on the shower screen). The fully equipped kitchen was handy.

Since we were out during most of our stay there and only got home after dark, we found that the room service personnel have left all the curtains open; the lights and airconditioning on. Since we were staying on the ground floor, our rooms were clearly visible to the outsiders / other guests from the outside. Furthermore, by leaving the lights and the airconditioning on, this was a total waste of electricity. In light of promoting green environnment, we suggest the management cut down on such wastage of electricity.

Very pleasant ,nearest all directions but if want looking for food have to go out far than hotels ..
